Production Supervisor - Digital Printing
Econopack Industries (Pvt) Ltd. is a leading packaging solutions provider located in Bandaragama. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor – Digital Printing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily digital printing production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Printing Production in a supervisory or similar role.
- Good understanding of digital printing processes and production planning.
- Knowledge of graphic design software and artwork preparation will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
