PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, GMP, and 5S standards. The role focuses on coordinating manpower, monitoring production processes, optimizing machine performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations at Antler Industries (Britol).
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production output, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate manpower and production resources for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Maintain production records and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Lead the production team and drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- G.C.E. A/L (Science Stream) qualification or a Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of GMP, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and production processes.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literacy with MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work on shifts when required.
