Collaborate with manufacturers to develop and optimize personal care and cleaning products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with market demands.
Develop product specifications and oversee formulation processes in partnership with manufacturers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the product development process.
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturers and internal teams.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on market feedback.
Travel extensively for customer project followups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, preferably within the personal care or cleaning sector. Prior experience in customer relations will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and product regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers & internal teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid driving licence & willingness to travel extensively.
