SUPERVISOR (SECURITY & CLEANING)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of security and cleaning staff.
- Ensure all security personnel report for duty on time and perform their assigned responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor all entry and exit points and maintain visitor control procedures.
- Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.
- Coordinate security arrangements for school events and special functions.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and performance of security and cleaning staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' supervisory experience in security, facilities, housekeeping, or operations.
- Age between 40-55 years male candidate
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Previous experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
