Asst. Reservation Manager / Reservation Manager
Haritha Villas + Spa is a contemporary luxury destination with seven intimate villas immersed in the greenery of the jungle and two colonial style mansions all with private pool.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain reservation systems, ensuring accuracy, updating rates, and availability.
- Monitor room availability, allocate rooms efficiently, and manage block bookings to optimize occupancy rates.
- Generate reports on reservation statistics, analyze data trends, and propose strategies for improvement or revenue maximization.
- Manage paperwork, maintain accurate records, and oversee billing processes related to reservations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards in reservation operations.
- Set and adjust room rates based on demand, market trends, and competitive analysis to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Ability to create individual communication correspondence.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1-2 years in a reservation or front office role.
- Proven track record of managing reservation systems and handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in hospitality.
- Very good command of MS-Office (especially Excel).
- Proficiency in English language.
