WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of experience in travel sales and reservations.
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus and other airline reservation systems.
- Experience in airline bookings, ticket issuing, reissuing, and refund processing.
- Sound knowledge of fares, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and travel products.
- Proven ability to achieve monthly sales and GP targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and work flexible hours when required.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.
