FOREIGN RECRUITMENT ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION) MOBILIZATION SPECIALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Construction Talent Sourcing: Build and manage a robust international pipeline of engineering and technical talent tailored to specific project requirements (Civil, MEP, Structural, Project Management).
- Technical & Safety Vetting: Screen candidates to ensure they meet international construction standards, local building codes, and rigorous site safety protocols.
- Rapid Deployment & Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end mobilization of personnel from their home countries to our project sites, ensuring zero downtime for ongoing construction operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Background: Ex-Services personnel (Officer cadre preferred) who possess the tactical leadership, command capability, and operational grit required to manage large-scale deployments.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience overseeing complex logistics, large-scale workforce deployment, or technical operations (ideally within construction or engineering).
- Skills: Exceptional organizational capability with a process-driven approach to high-volume logistics.
- Strong crisis-management skills—capable of resolving transit, visa, or deployment bottlenecks instantly.
- Commanding presence with excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
