Vacancies at Quarry Sites
in Kurunegala, Batapola (Ambalangoda) and Neboda (Kalutara) areas
Position:- Plant Manager / Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc.) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the operation and management of large-scale crusher and asphalt plants.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively perform the responsibilities of a Plant Manager.
- Sound knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills will be an added advantage.
Position:- Mining Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Earth Resources Engineering.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in an IML "A" Category Metal Quarry.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in managing all licensing and regulatory processes related to IML "A" quarries.
- Ability to independently oversee and manage quarry operations at the quarry management level.
- Strong understanding of quarry safety, operational standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working in accordance with ISO, OHSAS, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
