Senior Sales Executive
FIELD SALES
01 ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive merchant acquisition and device deployments across your territory while lifting the performance of those around you. This role is built for high-performing sales professionals who consistently deliver strong commercial results and help improve team execution, quality, and productivity through peer coaching, field guidance, and operational support.
02 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily merchant visits in assigned territories.
- Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely application submission in MasterCard.
- Support merchant deployment and activation.
- Assist Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
- Acquire new merchants and drive product adoption.
- Collect merchant documents and complete onboarding requirements.
- Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments.
- Coach and support Sales Executives in field execution.
- Maintain strong activity, quality, and collections performance.
03 QUALIFICATIONS & TOOLKIT
Must-have skills
- 3–5 years sales experience
- Strong field sales background
- Advanced sales skills
- Negotiation
- Coaching ability
- Merchant relationship management
- Problem solving
- Field execution discipline
Nice to have
Previous mentoring or coaching experience leading junior sales staff. Exposure to merchant onboarding platforms (Mastercard or similar), fintech / payments industry background, and a proven track record of hitting activity, quality, and collections targets.
