Job Description

The Role

  • You will be at the fore front of shaping & managing crucial administrative processes such as overseeing examination schedules and spearheading critical functions of the examination unit while maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of examination records and results.
  • Plan and manage convocations and projects, ensuring the effective use of resources.
  • Supervise staff and manage resources within the examinations unit and maintain working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the faculties, senior management, and the registrar to support informed institutional decision-making.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least five (5) years of experience in university administration and examination processes.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
