Senior Sales Executive

Alternative Channels.

01 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Sales Executive – Alternative Channels is responsible for driving merchant acquisition through PAYable's strategic partner ecosystem, with primary focus on bank partnerships and non-financial institutional partnerships. This role is responsible for developing strong partner relationships, securing high-quality merchant leads ahead of competitors, converting leads into deployed merchants, and supporting channel performance across the Alternative Channels team.

02 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank partners and non-financial institutions.
  • Build strong relationships with branch staff and key partner stakeholders.
  • Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions.
  • Collect merchant documents and onboarding requirements.
  • Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments.
  • Conduct regular visits to bank branches and partner locations.
  • Generate and secure qualified merchant leads before competitors.
  • Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore.
  • Support channel growth and guide team members to improve performance.

Nice to have

Proven track record of building partner relationships with bank branches and institutional partners, generating qualified leads, and converting them into deployed merchants. Familiarity with Mastercore onboarding workflows and merchant payment collection is a strong advantage.
