Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and an eye for detail? We are seeking a dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and play a key role in transforming departmental operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
- Plan and execute the setup of the Housekeeping Department, including SOPs, inventories, and operational procedures.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage linen, uniforms, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies efficiently.
- Monitor departmental budgets, productivity, and quality assurance standards.
