REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • Partly or fully qualified in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior finance role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in audit coordination and statutory compliance
  • Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage
