WE ARE LOOKING FOR Finance Executive
Department : Finance
Location : Panadura
Job Summary :
- Accurately process and record customer collection in line with company financial policies
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding and overdue balances
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports, including overdue summaries and variance analysis
- Act as the key point of contact for customer payment queries and dispute resolution
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and credit teams to address billing issues
- Support month-end closing and audit processes by ensuring accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, credit guidelines, and internal control standards
Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Part qualification in AAT/CA Sri Lanka will be an added advantage
- 2-3 years' experience in Finance field
- Sound knowledge in MS Office package
- Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Conversant in English & Sinhala languages
