We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Manager – Finance to join the Markspen Group.

ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    • Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance.
    • Analyzing variances to uncover growth and saving opportunities.
  • Accounting & Reporting
    • Ensuring accurate, timely monthly and annual financial closures.
    • Preparing accurate financial statements.
  • Team Management
    • Guiding, mentoring, and supporting a small team of finance executives.
    • Fostering a collaborative environment focused on learning and accuracy.
  • Strategic Support
    • Providing data-backed insights to assist senior management in decision-making.
    • Contributing fresh ideas to improve overall financial efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Following a Final level Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA) is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience using modern ERP software.
  • Ability to explain complex financial data clearly to non-finance teams.
