ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance.
- Analyzing variances to uncover growth and saving opportunities.
- Accounting & Reporting
- Ensuring accurate, timely monthly and annual financial closures.
- Preparing accurate financial statements.
- Team Management
- Guiding, mentoring, and supporting a small team of finance executives.
- Fostering a collaborative environment focused on learning and accuracy.
- Strategic Support
- Providing data-backed insights to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Contributing fresh ideas to improve overall financial efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Following a Final level Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA) is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience using modern ERP software.
- Ability to explain complex financial data clearly to non-finance teams.
