Senior Systems Engineer

Essential Requirements
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines, clusters, and storage.
- Administer Commvault Backup & Recovery, including backup, restore, replication, and Disaster Recovery operations.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related infrastructure services.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, failover, and failback activities.
- Manage infrastructure across multiple geographically distributed Data Centers.
- Administer Microsoft Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks, Azure Backup, and Azure Monitor.
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high system availability and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
The Person
- Should Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux Red Hat/Ubuntu
- VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
- Commvault Backup & Recovery
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Administration.
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure in a multi-data center environment.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
