BUSINESS OPERATION COORDINATOR (FEMALE)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle communications on behalf of the management, including emails and calls
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information with strict discretion
  • Assist with project follow-ups, task reminders, and deadline tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative duties to support smooth business operations

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience in administrative support, coordination, or a similar role
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Female candidate below 35 years of age
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure efficiently
