BUSINESS OPERATION COORDINATOR (FEMALE)
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle communications on behalf of the management, including emails and calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information with strict discretion
- Assist with project follow-ups, task reminders, and deadline tracking
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative duties to support smooth business operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in administrative support, coordination, or a similar role
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Female candidate below 35 years of age
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure efficiently
