Finance Executive – Payables
Bubble Mania Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive – Payables to join our growing Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare payment schedules and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment-related matters.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or part qualification in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
