Production Manager / Assistant Production Manager
We are one of the sustainable Suit maker Company located in BOI- Katunayake & looking for a The ideal candidate should be professionally qualified from a recognized university/institute. The Production Manager manages the Production Department, provides advice and guides the team on technical or product related aspects whilst directing the team to achieve the set production objectives effectively.
- Attending pre-production meetings, providing the technical input, foreseeing and taking preventive steps to avoid potential production problems.
- Assessing resource requirements, providing information to the management, and coordinating with the relevant parties to ensure the availability of all resources for production to facilitate the production operations.
- Coordinating with the planning team to plan weekly and daily output targets, monitoring the actual output, identifying deviations and taking corrective action to ensure the completion of the planned production.
Experience & Knowledge regarding Blazer & Pants (Full Suit) will be an added advantage.
Salary and other perks can be negotiated which will be the above industry norms.
