Beach Front Villa, managed by A & A Leisure Pvt Ltd, is an exclusive beachfront property nestled along Sri Lanka's golden coastline. We offer our guests a world-class experience blending modern sophistication with serene island living. We are now looking for a dedicated, passionate individual to join our team and be part of something exceptional.
The Role
We are looking for a hardworking and versatile All-Rounder who takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. You will be at the heart of the property — keeping it beautiful, welcoming guests warmly, and ensuring every stay is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeping and maintaining all 6 guest rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Preparing and serving meals for guests — cooking ability is a must.
- Assisting with general property upkeep and day-to-day operations.
- Delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Supporting the team with any operational tasks as required.
Bonus Skill
Ability to drive a car — this will be considered a strong advantage and may positively impact your remuneration.
What We Offer
- Starting Salary: LKR 30,000 / month
- Plus: Commissions & Service Charges
- Attractive commissions and service charges on top of your basic salary.
- 3-month probationary period, after which you will be confirmed as a permanent employee.

What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in housekeeping, cooking, or hospitality is preferred.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala; English is an advantage.
- Driving licence is an added advantage.
