Business Analyst (ERP Implementation Projects)

If you have previously worked with Entution ERP—whether as an end user, system administrator, functional consultant, implementation team member, or in a finance or operational role or have experience implementing other ERP or enterprise software solutions and is eager to build their expertise in Entution this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications and Experience We’re After
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP consulting, business analysis, or SaaS enterprise software implementation.
- Previous hands-on experience with Entution ERP will be highly advantageous, particularly if gained as an end user, key user, system administrator, implementation team member, or functional consultant.
- Applicants with experience implementing or supporting other ERP platforms are also encouraged to apply.
- Degree or professional qualification (at minimum part) in finance or related fields such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA.
- Good understanding of core ERP business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and related business processes.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software implementation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, operational challenges, and functional requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering discussions and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Serve as the primary consultant throughout implementation projects, translating client requirements into practical system configurations.
- Configure and validate Entution ERP modules in collaboration with technical teams to meet client business needs.
- Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, workflows, user stories, and implementation documentation.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure implemented solutions meet business expectations.
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities throughout project implementations.
- Deliver user training, prepare training materials, and guide clients through change management and system adoption.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Support teams to deliver enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvements.
- Continuously build product expertise by keeping up to date with new Entution ERP functionality and sharing knowledge across the team.
