MANAGER – PRIVATE BRAND BUSINESS

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager – Private Brand Business to lead the growth and expansion of our global Private Brand portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening strategic customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, driving sustainable sales growth, and delivering successful product introductions while collaborating with customers across international markets. This position is based at our Head Office in Colombo 04.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and profitability of the Private Brand business.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new Private Brand customers and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive long-term business partnerships.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Aim to achieve agreed sales targets, forecasts, and profitability objectives.
- Identify opportunities for new Private Brand products based on customer and market requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, manufacturing, and marketing teams to support successful product launches.
- Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Manage customer issues, claims, and service requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective commercial management of customer accounts.
Essential Qualifications / Exposure:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international sales, business development, or Private Brand management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing global customers and commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
