SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE – MODERN TRADE
With over 30 years of excellence in producing high-quality spices and food products, certified to ISO 22000:2018, GMP, HACCP, and SLS standards, Kotmale Food Products (Pvt) Ltd is expanding its Sales & Marketing Division. We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals to strengthen our presence in Modern Trade.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Modern Trade sales and market expansion
- Manage relationships with key supermarket chains and regional outlets
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution in assigned outlets
- Monitor sales performance and achieve regional sales targets
- Coordinate with distributors, merchandisers, and sales representatives
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates
Requirements
- Age 30 – 40 years
- Should have a car (essential) and be able to report for duty from the next day upon selection
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade sales or account management
- Strong relationships with supermarket chains and Modern Trade customers will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills for sales meetings
