Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to closing the deal, within their assigned area. This includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth.
Job Role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with current market trends to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update sales and marketing documentation accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with management to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Attend sales meetings at the head office on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Job Requirement
- Should be a male candidate who is fully or partially qualified in sales/ marketing.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to one of the specified provinces (North Central/ Eastern).
- Must possess a motorcycle license; having a dual-purpose vehicle license will be an added advantage.
