Establishment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team as an Aesthetic Centre Establishment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the establishment and operational setup of the aesthetic centre.
- Develop business strategies, operational workflows, and service offerings.
- Support equipment selection, treatment portfolio planning, and centre launch activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and guidance to ensure business growth and sustainability.
- Assist in staff training, service implementation, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in establishing, managing, or consulting for aesthetic centres.
- Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within timelines.
