OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / TRAINEE OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with depot clients and ensure excellent service.
- Container Inspection, prepare container estimates, obtain approvals, and monitor reefer operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports, REPO lists, and update repair details on MLO portals.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, consignees, and shippers on damaged containers and reservations.
- Support daily back-office operations and ensure timely reporting.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in depot operations.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis (Day & Night)
- Recent school leavers are highly encouraged to apply
