INSURANCE EXECUTIVE/COORDINATOR

The company, in its present expansion programmes, is looking for team-spirited, result-oriented individuals with passion and dynamism to fill the following vacancy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage renewals, policy updates, and comprehensive documentation for both Motor and Non-Motor insurance portfolios.
  • Serve as the company representative for new vehicle registrations, annual licensing, and coordinating vehicle emission tests.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and brokers to ensure timely and accurate processing of all insurance claims.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, insurers, internal departments, and third-party service providers.
  • Maintain accurate insurance databases and generate monthly reports on premium allocations, claim statuses, and cost trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-4 years in insurance administration (experience handling both Motor and Non Motor insurance is highly preferred).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; professional insurance certifications (e.g., SLII, ACII) are an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data tracking and reporting).
  • Proven ability to serve as a professional company liaison with external partners and service providers.
