SENIOR EXECUTIVE- PRINTING
LOCATION: WATTALA
JOB ROLE
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the in-house label and price ticket printing plant.
- Ensure the timely printing and delivery of labels and price tickets to support production schedules and customer requirements.
- Maintain high standards of print quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Supervise printing operators and optimize workflow to maximize productivity.
- Monitor and maintain printing machines, coordinating preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
- Manage inventory of printing materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning, warehouse, and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and company policies.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
- Diploma in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Production Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing operations, preferably in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Experience in label, barcode, care label, or price ticket printing will be a distinct advantage.
- Sound knowledge of printing equipment, print quality standards, and production planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
