Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all operations related to the Chairman/CEO’s Office
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication (sales, finance, facility, etc.)
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and presentations for the Chairman/CEO and senior staff
  • Attend meetings and record minutes
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (customers, banks, regulatory bodies etc.)
  • Maintain organized records and implement an efficient filing system
  • Draft letters, quotations, memos, articles, etc. for sales and administrative purposes
  • Organize the Chairman/CEO’s daily schedule
  • Assist with legal matters and documentation (preferred)
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and security

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 08 years’ experience in a similar role at a reputed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar from a recognized university
  • MBA from a globally recognized university (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in use of other software packages
  • Practical knowledge of digital collaboration platforms, email management, social media, and AI-powered productivity tools
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Age below 45 years
