EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE CORPORATE FINANCE & ADVISORY
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed industry and company research.
- Evaluating financial and operational performance of target companies through review of financial records and discussions with management.
- Analyzing historical and projected financial data to identify patterns and variations that could affect valuation or cash flow requirements.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, capital allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Performing business valuations and related analyses.
- Collaborating effectively within the team, demonstrating accountability, maintaining clear communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and schedules for clients and stakeholders.
- Building and sustaining professional relationships with client representatives.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or current enrollment in a recognized professional qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA, with demonstrated analytical capability. (Undergraduates are encouraged to apply.)
- Prior exposure to capital markets, transaction advisory, or audit will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data to form sound conclusions.
- Microsoft (MS) Office proficiency including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
