nHOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
nWe are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Digana in Kandy.
nResponsibilities:

- Ensuring guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort according to set standards. n
- Keep all public areas tidy and set up according to given standards. n
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire property. n
- Manage stock of cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms. n
- Manage guest laundry. n
- Overseeing laundry operations. n
- Having thorough knowledge of all hotel amenities for guests. n
- Working and supporting all departments to meet guests' needs. n
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests. n
- Remain well-groomed at all times. n
- Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene. n
- Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. n
Requirements:
n- n
- At least 2 or 3 years of Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry. n
- Proven track record of working in boutique hotels or villas. n
- Strong multi-tasking skills. n
- Commitment to a high level of customer service. n
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs. n
- Ability to communicate in English. n
