WE’RE HIRING WEB DEVELOPER
With nearly 50 years of experience, CIB Holdings, one of Sri Lanka’s leading clothing and retail companies, is seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize websites and digital platforms while supporting our brand’s online presence and marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages.
- Implement UI/UX enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
- Manage website, platform, and third-party system integrations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website and application issues.
- Support SEO initiatives and website performance optimization.
- Ensure website security, reliability, and overall performance.
- Publish and maintain website content and respond to web-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to gather, define, and refine requirements.
- Support usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve digital experiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in web development or website maintenance.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues and manage web content.
- Preferably below 30 years of age.
