- NVQ Level 4 or above / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Experience in solar power plants or the power generation sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of HV/LV electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and SCADA.
- Valid Sri Lankan driving license
