VACANCY:

We are seeking experienced, results-oriented individual for the following position;

Front Office Manager

You are with:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three (03), or more years of working experience in a similar role within a star-class hotel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic accounting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse personalities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • The capability to stay positive and focused in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
