Job Prerequisites
The ideal candidate is required to possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive experience designing UIs for complex products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to present and communicate design concepts to senior stakeholders and customers
- Deep understanding of low- and high-fidelity design, prototyping workflows, and modern UI patterns
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong awareness of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and inclusive UI/UX practices
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tools
- Experience conducting or analysing user research, usability testing, and observational studies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
- Exposure to working with US/ EU clients
