JOB PROFILE
- Prepare the financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annually in compliance with IFRS, SLRFS, and industry-specific regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of information with regulatory authorities including the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE)
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities and other institutions
- Streamline operations, improve systems and procedures and enhance quality financial reporting system
- Work closely with other departments to provide insights for strategic financial planning and decision-making
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in financial accounting, or full professional qualification of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA
- Minimum 4 years' managerial experience in financial reporting within the banking or NBFI sector
