JOB PROFILE
- Drive the expansion of the Gold Loan Portfolio in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Company.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase Brand Visibility and Customer Base.
- Formulate and execute Gold Loan Promotional activities and Campaigns across the island wide branch network.
- Lead a dynamic Marketing Team to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role demonstrating a solid understanding of both Gold and Gold Loans.
