EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS

HEAD OFFICE

THE PROFILE

  • Ensure accurate processing of security documentation and termination-related activities.
  • Manage Credit Reference (CR) releases and ensure timely processing of all related documentation.
  • Verify lending files and accurately scan and upload documents in accordance with loan/lease agreements.
  • Maintain and manage security file keys and Credit Reference (CR) records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process loan and lease settlement letters within established service standards.
  • Perform document archiving, retrieval, and records maintenance to ensure proper document control and compliance.
  • Handle courier dispatch and receipt, document distribution, and the secure management of office safe keys.

THE PERSON

  • A diploma/ degree in business administration will be an added advantage.
  • 02-03 years’ experience in a similar role / capacity.
  • Previous experience in banking, finance, or administration is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
