What You'll Be Doing
- Lead our Web Department and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Oversee the performance, maintenance, and security of the company website and e-commerce platform.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing folks to bring projects to life.
- Keep product listings, pricing, promotions, and content accurate and up to date.
- Watch the numbers — traffic, conversions, user experience — and act on what you find.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and website content.
- Make sure the site stays live, backed up, updated, and secure.
- Dig into analytics, spot trends, and share clear, useful reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in IT, Computer Science or Business related.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in website and e-commerce management.
- Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, hosting, and web analytics.
- Someone who can lead a team, juggle projects, and communicate clearly.
- A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working across teams, not just within one.
