We are ready to launch our modern state-of-the-art Logistics facility operations in Katunayake EPZ. We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated people for our newest supply chain arm, DGL FREEZONE Pvt Ltd. at Katunayake.
EXECUTIVE – CHB
Job Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CHB Executive to handle customs clearance operations and documentation for import/export shipments within our Freezone logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import/export documentation (CUSDEC, invoices, BLs, manifests)
- Handle ASYCUDA system entries and customs submissions
- Coordinate with Sri Lanka Customs, port authorities, and shipping lines
- Ensure smooth clearance of cargo in compliance with regulations
- Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and clients
- Support warehouse and operations teams in logistics flow
Requirements
- 3 years experience in freight forwarding / customs documentation (preferred)
- Knowledge of ASYCUDA and Sri Lanka Customs procedures
- CH Qualification is Mandatory
- Familiar with import/export logistics and port operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
