ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Martin Electricals is looking for a detail-driven accounts executive to keep our Company finances accurate, reconciled, and on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Part qualification in CA or full qualification in AAT.
- 2 years relevant work experience in similar position in bank.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Daily collection and banking — handling collections of the Company and carrying out related banking functions.
- Financial record keeping — updating and maintaining accurate financial records on an ongoing basis.
- Preparing monthly salaries — preparing monthly salaries and preparing the related payments accurately and on time.
- Bank reconciliation and other reconciliations — reconciling general ledger accounts against bank accounts and ensuring other relevant account to keep the books accurate.
