CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze full-cycle financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) & provide timely management reports.
  • Treasury & Planning: Manage cash flow forecasts, monitor future spending, & assist with budgeting & fund management.
  • Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle VAT submissions, manage IRD (Inland Revenue Department) queries, & ensure all statutory returns are accurate.
  • Operations & Payroll: Process payroll including EPF/ETF calculations, manage accounts payable/receivable, & handle inventory valuation/costing.
  • Systems & Audits: Coordinate external audits and support the maintenance or implementation of ERP & QuickBooks software.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field. Fully or partly qualified in CA or CIMA.
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience in accounts related position.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, & the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Work Style: Capable of working independently, meeting strict deadlines, and performing well under pressure.
  • Age: Below 35 years
