JOB VACANCY: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

United Mart (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. If you are passionate about accounting and eager to grow your career in a dynamic retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process accounting transactions by recording daily financial data in the company's accounting system and Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform bank reconciliations and Support tax compliance activities and assist with statutory tax filings.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with a good working knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
