Senior Marketing Executive/ Junior Marketing Executive
Location - Anuradhapura
Key Job Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual GWP targets through new business, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, documentation, and collections.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Profile
- Junior Executive: around 2 years of experience, with around 1 year specifically in a similar sales role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Senior Executive: around 5 years of experience, with around 2 year specifically in a similar sales role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience in General Insurance sales would be a definite advantage
- An industry recognized qualification in Sales & Marketing or Insurance will be a definite advantage
- Effective communication skills Team player with good interpersonal and interaction skills
- Result-oriented and committed to achieving the allocated sales target on time
