Hedley's Tea (Pvt) Ltd. is a small but out-of-the-box thinking group of innovative & aggressive marketing team specializing in developing high value-added tea projects for overseas markets. With strong global presence and collaborations in international markets, we are committed to quality, innovation and promoting the rich heritage of Ceylon tea.
We are seeking a young, energetic, and motivated candidate to join our team, in a dynamic support role within the organization.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the tea export industry, preferably in procurement.
- A sound understanding of packaging / raw material required for value-added tea, supplier coordination, purchasing procedures, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of documentation and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
