EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
Hedley’s Tea (Pvt) Ltd. is a small but out-of-the-box thinking group of innovative & aggressive marketing team specializing in developing high value-added tea projects for overseas markets. With strong global presence and collaborations in international markets, we are committed to quality, innovation and promoting the rich heritage of Ceylon tea.
We are seeking a young, energetic, and motivated candidate to join our team in a dynamic support role within the organization.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the tea export industry, preferably in production or manufacturing.
- A good understanding of tea packing operations, production planning, quality control, and factory coordination.
- Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
