REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (North Central Region)

Bellose Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka's leading cosmetic manufacturers, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the North Central Region. If you are passionate about sales leadership, distributor management, and driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.

Your Mission:

  • Drive the achievement of regional sales, revenue, and distribution targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Area Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, and Sales Executives within the region.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, key dealers, and strategic customers.
  • Expand market coverage by increasing numeric and weighted distribution.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising standards, and visibility initiatives.
  • Manage collections, credit control, and overall sales administration within the region.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic performance reports for management.

Are You the One?

  • A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a regional or area sales management role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of distributor management and retail sales operations.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
