Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead. The Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Software Development
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership
- Strong skills in Programming and Web Applications
- Able to architect complex systems that are maintainable and scalable
- Expertise in agile software development methodologies
- 4+ years of experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET, and/or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in delivering enterprise-level software solutions is a plus.
