ASST.MANAGER-HR & ADMIN

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and follow HR processes and procedures Handling employee relations at all levels (Executive/Employee)
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Attending to welfare, health and safety matters of employees
  • Grievance handling, coordinate training and monitoring on the job training
  • Handling hSenid time & attendance system for benefits administration
  • Achieving & maintaining HR metrics by minimizing absenteeism & LTO for maximum employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or equivalent is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in all aspects of HRM and IR, of which at least 3 years in a strategic leadership level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Sinhala, added advantage knowledge in Tamil
