HR EXECUTIVES (02 Vacancies)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure smooth process of direct and indirect recruitment.
Ensure smooth onboarding process & induction program including proper placement of new comers.
- Ensure proper & timely follow up of training of all categories.
Ensure all employees are aware of the company policies & procedures.
Ensure timely submission of reports/documents/information required by top management.
Labour Case Handling
Handling the Compliance sites
Monthly EPF and ETF payments processing
Checking daily attendance and updating leave records
- Updating payroll system
- Processing monthly payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records
Responding to employees' questions regarding wages, benefits and deduction
Executing tasks or work related to HR & Admin spelt out by the management.
Ensure the time sheets and pay sheets distributing on time
Handling Employee Welfare, EPF & ETF claims.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or equal qualification of HRM
Analytical skills
Knowledge in Microsoft office package & HR system Knowledge in Microsoft office package
More than 5 years' experience in similar capacity
Age between 30-35 years
Living around Moratuwa Area preferred.
